DESCRIPTION:Universal Home Health & Hospice Care and local funeral directors have begun planning their annual Community Memorial Service\, remembering all from our community who has passed away over the past year. As the names are read\, a candle is lit in their memory. The service is conducted with local funeral directors as well as social workers and faith counselors from Universal Home Health & Hospice Care.\n\n\n\nThis year's Community Memorial Service begins at 7:00 pm on Tuesday\, November 19\, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church\, 117 N. Main Street\, Bellefontaine.\n\n\n\nFamily members and friends are invited to honor the memory of the loved ones. Refreshments will be served following the service in the church social hall. RSVP the number of attendees to cheryl_varian@uhcinc.org or call 937.593.1605 by Monday\, November 11.\n\n\n\nParticipating funeral homes are Eichholtz Daring & Sanford\; Jennings Farley\; Rexer-Riggin-Madden\; Shoffstall\; and Mannasmith.\n\n\n\nThis year's Community Memorial Service is made possible through the support of local funeral homes\, United Way of Logan County\, and Universal Home Health & Hospice Care\, Inc.\n\n\n\n\n\nCaring Hearts of Ohio is the non-profit\, fund-raising arm for Universal Home Health & Hospice Care's hospice program. Caring Hearts provides funds to assure services to every patient in need of hospice care regardless of their ability to pay.
