DESCRIPTION:Join us for Dinner at the Castle. \n\n\n\nA spring evening surrounded by blooming lilacs\, friends\, festive drinks\, amazing food and a beautiful castle. It will be an evening you won't forget so bring your loved ones\, your chatty friends and let's have a memorable evening together enjoying conversation\, string music and a beautiful setting. \n\n\n\nCastles were made to entertain and that is what this night will do. Please come hungry because Hippie and the Farmer are cooking for us and we know that means the food will be so amazing that although we will be begging our bellies to eat more\, we will be too satisfied to move. \n\n\n\nThe menu is as follows: \n\nAppetizers: Hippie and the Farmer Bread Boards with Cosmic baguettes\, honey for drizzling\, butter\, assorted rustic cheeses\, roasted olives.\n\n\n\nSalad: ...the colors of the rainbow with local greens\, organic colorful vegetables\, bleu cheese crumbles\, sunflower seeds\, Hippie and the Farmer's secret dressing drizzled over.\n\n\n\nMain Course: Spring Parisian Roasted Lemon Pork\, seared\, and then simmered in a light lemon braised sauce. Served with French Potatoes Dauphinoise that are thinly sliced\, served in a light garlic sauce. Wilted greens.\n\n\n\nDessert: Assorted mini Beignets\, fresh berries\, fresh cream.\n\n\n\nFresh lemonade\, iced tea\, infused water.\n\n\n\nWe will also offer our complimentary wine bar to quench your thirst.
