DESCRIPTION:The Horseshoe Hill Climb\n\nMarmon Valley Farm is hosting the Horseshoe Hill Climb 5K\, 10K\, 20K\, and 30K trail run to raise money for summer horse camp scholarships. The scholarships ensure that every child who wishes to experience summer camp at Marmon Valley is able to. \n\nMany of the trails throughout Marmon Valley's 500 acres are bridle trails\, farm lanes\, and open meadows providing a fantastic trail running experience! The trails and terrain at Marmon Valley are ideal for trail racers who are looking for a challenging run. Whether you choose the 5K\, 10K\, 20K\, or 30K you will traverse through hardwood forest\, up and down ravine trails\, around fields\, across creeks\, and along scenic overlooks. None of the trails are paved and all may be muddy! The course is laid out as a 10K loop. \n\nRegistrants after October 15th\, 2017 cannot be guaranteed a race t-shirt and participant medal. All race registrations are non-refundable.\n\nRace-Day registration begins at 8:00am.\n\nRace starts at 9:00am!\n\nEVENT DETAILS\n\n\n\n\nAwards:\n\nTrophies will be awarded to the top male and female finisher in each race (5K\, 10K\, 20K\, and 30K). You must be present to receive your award. Awards and prizes will not be mailed.\n\nT-Shirts:\n\nYour registration fee includes a wicking technical t-shirt. The deadline to be guaranteed a shirt in the size you requested is October 15th. If you register after October 15th\, you may or may not receive a shirt.\n\nInclement Weather:\n\nThe race will be run rain or shine\, however\, the Race Director reserves the right to cancel or modify segments of the event as deemed necessary for participant safety. No refunds will be given in the event that an act of God requires cancellation for the safety of participants.
