DESCRIPTION:Join us for our September Business Impact Meeting to hear from our local judicial panel.  Panelists will include:\n\n	Municipal Court Judge Jacob Estes\n	Logan County Common Pleas Judge Kevin Braig\n	Logan County Family Court Judge Natasha Kennedy\n\nThis will be an excellent opportunity to learn from our judicial leaders about what challenges our community is facing\, wins they are seeing\, and what needs they have in serving our community.\n\n\n\nThe Legislative Committee of the Logan County Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to reviewing\, developing and supporting issues that promote a positive\, pro-active business environment. In doing this\, we create a connection between the Chamber and its local\, state and federal government representatives.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, the committee brings issues and programs to the Chamber members that may be affected by legislative or administrative action between business and government.\n\nJudge Jacob A. Estes was elected to the Bellefontaine Municipal Court in 2024. A graduate of Capital University Law School\, Judge Estes previously served as a probation officer\, parole officer\, and private practice attorney before taking the bench. He is also an educator and active member of the Logan County community through organizations including Kiwanis\, Discovery Riders\, and local youth sports.\n\nJudge Kevin Braig has served as Judge of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas\, General Division since his appointment by Governor Mike DeWine in 2019. A graduate of Ohio University and the University of Cincinnati College of Law\, Judge Braig practiced law for 26 years before taking the bench and has remained active in the community\, including through youth sports.\n\nJudge Natasha R. Kennedy has served as Judge of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas\, Family Court Division since her appointment by Governor Mike DeWine in 2021 and election to a six-year term in 2022. With more than a decade of service to Logan County\, Judge Kennedy is active in judicial and community organizations and enjoys coaching youth soccer and basketball.
