28th Annual Maple Syrup Festival

The Indian Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, the Indian Lake State Park and ILDC hosts the annual Maple syrup Festival each year on the third weekend in March at the State Park Campground. The festival includes a wagon ride through the park to the tapping area for a tutorial on how maple syrup is extracted from the tree. Then, it’s onto the sugar Shack for a demonstration of the process by which sap is transformed into true maple syrup.

While at the festival the chamber would like you to enjoy a pancake and sausage breakfast. For over two decades, chamber members and volunteers have served pancake and sausage breakfast in the commissary at the State Park Campground.
