Join Chloe and Heather for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. A beautiful candlelit flower mandala will be the centerpiece of the room. This class combines restorative yoga with reiki. Chloe will guide you through your practice while Heather will offer reiki adjustments throughout the class. Intention cards and essential oils will be utilized to enhance your experience.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for pain and stress relief that promotes healing, relaxation, feelings of peace, and a restful nights sleep. The word (Rei) means “Higher power/ Wisdom” and (Ki) means “life force energy”.
It is a safe and natural method use to create balance within. The Practitioner uses the gentle placement of hands (about the weight of a nickel) on various areas of the fully-clothed body, creating space for your inner healer to do it’s work.
