Take a moment to stretch and restore. This 75-minute class will focus on deep relaxation and the relief of chronic stress. A low hanging hammock will support you in each pose allowing for complete relaxation and release. This class will be slow and restorative. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed, peaceful, and fully restored.
