Cardio Drumming is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. DRUM OFF THE POUNDS, AGGRESSION & STRESS! One of a kind workout for ALL levels. Burning between 400 and 900+ calories , strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique ? all while rocking out to your favorite music! It is easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming. This combo works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat. Mandatory Registration is required to attend first class! Next session starts November 17th @ 6:30pm!! $20 FEE PER PERSON. Class will be every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm This to cover the cost of the drumsticks and buckets. You will need for the class - Yoga Ball - water - towel. We will supply the buckets & Drum Sticks
