Girls Night Out is a celebration that brings women together to enjoy food for the body, mind, and soul. The evening includes a social time where women can enjoy health screenings, educational booths, and a partake in a fun souvenir photo. Social time is followed by a meal and presentation of ladies who were nominated for a day of pampering as a reward for achieving a personal healthy lifestyle accomplishment. The evening concludes with a motivational speaker.
