Halloween KidFest; Logan County History Center
The Museum hallways will be dressed in their finest Halloween decor and kids can trick-or-treat throughout the Museum. Crafts will take place in the Presidents Room (the Museum basement) and a costume contest in the Transportation Museum will wrap up the day at 3:30 p.m.
