Representing five generations in North America, Ronstadt Generations continues the family's musical traditions with brothers Michael G. and Petie Ronstadt. They present an exciting repertoire that preserves the traditional Southwestern and Mexican songs of their heritage, while offering innovative original material. New compositions place them on the cutting edge of multiple, blended genres, stretching the boundaries of folk, blues, world, jazz and beyond. The Holland is excited to welcome them back to town!
Opening act Serenity Fisher and the Cardboard Hearts blend playful pop-rock with a Tim Burton-esque quirkiness. A wordsmith, Serenity Fisher entices stories into becoming songs using truth-telling, highly visual lyrics, and dreamy melodies. Fisher is a powerhouse singer whose nuanced vocals vary from bluesy belt to sultry whisper, from technical prowess to stripped down raw emotion. Her piano style is theatrical and passionate. Her music has been compared to Regina Spektor, Tori Amons, and Fiona Apple.
