Winter Solstice Reiki and Restore
Join Addy and Heather for an evening of relaxation, rejuvenation and intention setting. This class combines restorative yoga with reiki. Addy will guide you through your practice while Heather will offer reiki adjustments throughout the class. A beautiful flower mandala, oils and crystals will be utilized to enhance your experience. Space is limited. Cost is $20
