YP Lunch & Learn: Get De-Stressed!
Join other Young Professionals to hear from Adam Sorensen with the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board for Logan & Champaign Co. to learn about developing a stress-free culture of wellness in your workplace. In addition, Addy from Homegrown Yoga Downtown will share some tips for yoga at your desk! Lunch will be provided. The cost to attend is $10 per person.
